Lethal Weapon 2

OMG Perfect film. Peak entertainment. Peak comedy. Great Actors. Incredible trama. absolutely loved it. My dad told me “Lethal Weapon” is his favorite movie saga of all time, and honestly, after seeing just a glimpse of it, I could already understand why!!  Before we even sat down to watch the whole film, my dad showed me that short clip, the scene from the first movie where Martin Riggs jumps off a building with that man threatening to commit suicide. That scene is less than 10 minutes long, but it completely hooked me. I was sitting there laughing, like really laughing, so we watch the first one and OMG HAHAHA IS PERFECT! I was laughing so much, and I was shocked by how good the chemistry between the characters was. Even in that small moment, Riggs (played by my husband Mel Gibson) stood out as a wild, unpredictable, hilarious character who also has this deeply broken side to him. And then there’s Murtaugh (Danny Glover), the perfect opposite, calm, responsible, and just trying to survive the madness. This chaotic yet perfect duo immediately made me want to watch more. Riggs and Murtaugh’s relationship starts off rocky but grows into something really powerful. You laugh with them, worry for them, and root for them all the way. 100% comfort movie, funny, enjoyable, action packed, interesting, is everything.
