Flipped

“Some of us get dipped in flat, some in satin, some in gloss, but every once in a while you find someone who's iridescent, and once you do, nothing will ever compare.” It’s honestly astonishing how much Rob Reiner can do in only 90 minutes. I cannot believe I’m only seeing this film now. If 20 year old hopeless romantic Andrew loved this film, surely 10 year old hopeless romantic Andrew would’ve loved this film as much, if not more. I’m a sucker for those films set in the 60’s, such as Stand by Me and The Sandlot, and it being a romance film is just the cherry on top. Gosh, I loved Flipped so much.
