Psycho

2023 October Horror Movie Watch “We all go a little mad sometimes” One of the greatest directors of all time, Alfred Hitchcock, the Master of Suspense, is mostly known for this movie. Although I believe Rear Window is a better film, this is the most iconic. Psycho set the foundation for horror slasher flicks. And will forever be one of the greatest. This movie is so, so good and I love coming back to it annually to rewatch during the Halloween season, or really any time I’m feeling a classic horror film. The directing, the acting, the cinematography is ahead of its time, and most of all Bernard Herrmann’s classic score that jumps out at you, keeps you on edge, and in a few instances calms you down and eases you into the film. It’s so perfect. Soundtrack: 10/10
