Ratatouille

Brad Bird should've gotten a screenwriting oscar for Ego's review alone. It's one of the best pieces of literature ever written and you cannot change my mind 😤 Ratatouille has gotta be the most universally loved Pixar movie. For a long time it was my favourite. It's just magical. What a clever, funny, heart-warming script. Every character feels real, the visuals still look fantastic, Michael Giacchino gives another iconic Pixar score and the attention to detail is unreal. Even small things like the fact that Ego's office is shaped like a coffin work so well and mirror his personally. I honestly wish I could say something else about this movie but I think it's all been said before. It's Ratatouille, we all love it... must I say more? Side Note: the look of the ratatouille dish in this movie single-handedly looks better than anything illumination has made. Pixar Ranked
