I wish I could give you a hug This is my all-time favorite movie. I love it more than anything. It is a film that seems to be about everything. I have tried to write about this film many times, but I have always found it difficult to describe what makes it so perfect and beautiful adequately, so I end up writing about my own relationship to it instead. Each time I watch the film, there is always a different scene or character that I find myself connecting to more than before. I have changed a lot since I first watched the film, and it is interesting to see that there are certain scenes that I connect with more now than I did before. Like most of Yang's other films, it does keep getting better the older you get. "Grandma, I miss you" Never fails to reduce me to a sobbing mess every time
