HELLO??? 🛐🛐🛐 hands down the best groom fashion I've seen like ever I've been so obsessed with this man's looks) ANYWAYS this is such a personal film to me, ig the timing that this movie's promotional content (main ga Kadalalle) came out in my life really helped me move on from some bs that kutty arshu was faced with so I am quite biased with the rating lol. the movie is flawed, the writing is inconsistent like the whole anger management part and the sound therapy part were very underwritten, but this movie has soul man. idk if it's the music or if it's the lead pair but despite having a lame plot it manages to make the audience (me) feel so much for the characters, especially Lilly. I think what I love about this film is that it wasn't about Bobby or Bobby-Lilly's relationship. it was about Lilly. ee relationship beginning lo kuda Bobby promises to be there for her as a comrade, and later tells her that he will become distant the day he becomes more important to her than cricket (he even questions her at the wedding when she says that she quit cricket and wants to marry him and settle down) 😭❤️. even when Bobby sees Lilly in the psych ward he never shows jaali, instead he says "ninnu ekkado stadium lo chustha anukunna" GUYS HE WAS SAD CUZ SHE COULDN'T PURSUE HER DREAM ARGHHHHH bro ekkada dorukuthar bro ilaanti abbayilu emaina pujalu laantivi cheyyala or what. and what makes this movie plot even better is the fact that irl Vijay always stood by Rashmika's side despite all the bullshit she faced in media ❤️ the real Bobby, ladies and gentlemen. I think every woman has a story to tell when it comes to how a man almost destroyed her life, and Lilly portrayed the turmoil so well. from having a more masculine, free-spirited body language in the first half to being coiled-up and so attentive of what she's wearing in the second half, I'm sure every girl out there understood whatever Lilly was going thru, and those subtle details really helped me empathize with Lilly's struggle of changing her norms and readjusting. It really sucks how the women are supposed to take the burden of society for damage that some douche did but yeah let's talk about that later (the tldr of that convo would be that men suck lmao. except bobby. bobby doesn't suck he a cutie. anyways). every single time she started to hesitantly adjust her dupatta or even took her dupatta with her when she was going outside made me tear up. also, the way Rashmika pulled off Lilly with such ease helps us empathize with this character. especially in the first half, seeing Lilly walk like and talk like many of our own female cricketers is insane, and it didn't take too long for me to acknowledge that she is a professional cricket player, and even later when she was trying to forget Ramesh Rao and the abuse it felt so...real. Rushie <3 what a gem of an actress man. and JUSTIN PRABHAKARAN 🛐 ippudu Dude OST gurinchi antunnam kaani Dude OST ippudu nannu ela impact chesthundo antha kante ekkuve Dear Comrade OST impact chesedi, like varsham padindhi ante anthe naa room ki ellipoyi door close chesi earphones thechukoni "Remember Our Kiss", "Lilly's Falling in Love", "Bobby Heals Lilly", "Rejection of Love" loop lo pettukoni vine daanni; the music quite literally brought me out of my depression (not quite but idk what else to call it) slump. on a side note, "Lilly's Falling in Love" is one of the most accurate pieces that summarizes the feeling of a female falling in love with the right man, the innocence the sensitivity ugh idk how else to put it in words but it always feels so so personal. yeah I just love this movie so much BHARAT KAMMA MALLI OKA CINEMA THIYYI ANNA PLEASE also can we all collectively hunt down men like Ramesh Rao and like do something bad to them or smth omg I hate men so f ing much can these stupid humans go f themselves also also I just realized, Lilly always teased Bobby cuz he asked out her peddamma's daughter aka her akka kada?
