After seeing Dune 2, I have a whole newfound appreciation for the first iteration on top of the love that I already had for it. Dune is a textbook masterclass in world building, character development, and set up. Everything is so deliberate, it’s insane to me that we have two of these movies. These are films that surpass other modern day blockbusters by miles and miles. Denis Villeneuve is a genius. Cannot wait to see part 2 again later today.
