*honestly, it's hard for me to explain why I decided to rewatch this movie, but I just couldn't stop thinking about it... «possession» gives me such a special feeling, I always get goosebumps from every scene, and I very impressed with the director's work and the way this movie conveys hopelessness and anxiety. the emotions that this evokes cannot be compared with anything else, they are unique. I’m admire every second. I think we all have movies that help us remember why we love cinema so much, and it’s definitely one of them for me. > this movie is a delightful example of how cinema can powerfully impact the emotions and feelings of it’s viewers. I can easily believe that «possession» can be disliked, I will even believe that it can be hated and considered the worst movie in the world, but I find it difficult to believe that there are people whom this movie leaves completely indifferent and does not evoke absolutely any emotions, this is impossible. I really like the way the movie shows the city in which the main characters live, the cinematography makes berlin so weird and and as if detached from the rest of the world. this movie balances on the edge of fantasy and harsh realism in reflecting complex everyday problems and conflicts, I think this is what causes such derealization when watching it.> also I can't stop talking about how amazing Isabelle adjani and her acting are in this movie. every scene with her is filled with an endless storm of such expressive emotions... I am not exaggerating one bit when I say that she is not only one of my favourite actress, but, and in my opinion, one of the best actresses of all time. a masterpiece, before rewatching I had slight doubts about whether this movie should be in my top 4, but now I understand that it is absolutely in it’s place, I love it so damn much.*>
