GOOD FOR YOU GIRL GOOD FOR YOU Im so glad I went into this not knowing anything about the film. The fashion was slaying. The director really knows how to capture the essence of a place. Prince soundtrack choices slapped. I wasn't a fan of the mysticism/dream like sequences at first because that's not my bag usually. Or the random cgi. But I guess given the direction the film went you kinda need that baseline set up. On a similar note im not sure I was with the interperative dancing... My jaw dropped when they name dropped the drug. Did we really need to see Omar Apollos dick that much? I am not saying i want to see mr bonds willy but also i find it a bit sus when the established actor doesn't do any nudity but all the lesser known ones do? The drug lady reminded me very much of the video with the old lady asking the hooker how she affords her car and says "good for you girl good for you" I would like to see the director do Giovannis Room next x
