Twixt
francis ford coppola has yet to miss in my book.
really liked the setting of this small town, and i was pretty intrigued with the mystery. this film follows a lynch-esque style of storytelling which suits this narrative perfectly, coppola still instills his filmmaking techniques to make this his own.
visually stale yet somehow hauntingly striking at the same time. the cinematography and visuals however digital still looked great.
this film did lose me here and there but i don’t think it’s a fault of the film but more that this film warrants another watch.
