This dude Mozart really stole Antonio's girl, made him insecure about his biggest passion in life, and even turned him against god… All by being a bit goofy.> Your merciful God. He destroyed his own beloved, rather than let a mediocrity share the smallest part of his glory. In all seriousness thought; This film is a work of art in itself. It's grand, artsy, and even comical. Its authenticity is extremely impressive; And I think it's entirely thanks to the actual orchestra, the characters' outfits, and the fancy rooms they're in. Even the city and streets seem quite realistic to the time. It has a solid ending, acting and cinematography. And it also taught me some things about Mozart and Antonio Salieri I didn't previously know. I recognize this film's greatness, but I'm unfortunately not that into classical music. That's why it's a 4½ stars.> Mediocrities everywhere... I absolve you...
