Amadeus

Actually such a well-crafted film. Dare I say it's perfect. I really liked that this was all technically Salieri's memories that he recalled for the priest. It was so nice taking these short breaks from the story to listen as old Salieri commentates his life. And some of the classical music was nice. I can't even hate on the songs I consider boring because it's all a part of the art, which is this film.> All I wanted was to sing to God. He gave me that longing... and then made me mute. Why? Tell me that. If He didn't want me to praise him with music, why implant the desire? Like a lust in my body! And then deny me the talent?
