I’ve been giving away too many 5s as of recently but I really do not care. This movie is incredible Zach Cregger is an insane film director and I want to see way more from him. Stylistically this movie felt a LOT like barbarian, with a similar eerie score and incredibly composed shots. I have no clue who Amy Madigan is, she’s Ed Harris’ wife supposedly, but she did an absolutely phenomenal job.  The buildup and release reminded me a lot of longlegs, if you know me you know I absolutely love that movie. While others disagree about the critics and general statements made about the movie, I absolutely love both of these for their similar eeriness.  I will be writing a spoiler/analysis review on this soon because there’s so much stuff to dive into here that is absolutely incredible.
