Paul Mescal is one of the most heartbreaking actors of the decade. GIVE THIS MAN A BREAK. Why do I feel relatable to Connel? Through his insecurities and ways he can’t understand how he truly feels, I feel like I am the one in therapy midway through the series. I can relate how lonely it can feel in college and that I don’t really know what I want sometimes. Connel is scared to be who he wants and worries so much about what others think, he is an overthinker. It’s such a huge relation to people in today’s society. (Still processing but these are my off-the-bat thoughts) (F*ck you for that ending, I’m in tears)
