Nope

I think this is like the 3rd or 4th time I’ve watched it, and I’ve arrived at the conclusion that this genuinely might be one of the best films made over the past 5 years. The story itself is so perfectly crafted and written so well. The whole Gordy subplot already works well as a standalone story and combined with the overarching Jean Jacket plot, encapsulates the message really nicely. There’s so much to the film that goes unnoticed because it’s so subtle like the flowers on her Ricky’s coat that is really deserving of more appreciation. Also the cinematography is so so beautiful and in general the whole thing is just a perfect balance between strong story and satisfying payoff. I love peele. +also, the scene where the alien is over the house and it’s raining has to be like top 10 scenes oat.
