This is on par (if not better) than 2023 for mainstream Cinema and unlike that where Oppenheimer was certainly my favorite movie of the year, I really am not sure what my favorite is this year between Marty Supreme and OBAO (not to mention Jay Kelly at a tight 3rd place). Marty Supreme is another anxiety-inducing odyssey of a man who believes he's destined for greatness. Everyone brings their A-game from Chalamet, Pepper Potts, that See You Again guy, the fellow from Shark Tank, and Spurs legend George Gervin. Another one of my favorite endings of the year too. Also the title sequence was insane but it somehow worked?
