Marty Supreme

The gargantuan coming of age panic attack known as Marty Supreme continues to excel in every aspect of cinema. It tells a perfect narrative of a boy who aspires becoming a man who settles. Chalamet is a beast in this movie. Safdie takes Uncut Gems and raises the stakes by 30 and adds some 80s bangers and some ping pong here and there. The ending scene where he beats endo is so unbelievably cathartic as we feel all the steps that marty took and all the things he sacrificed to get to where he was. Still the movie of 2025.
