*i didn't start this movie with my hopes up. it's long, it was 2 in the morning and i, honestly, just wanted to see some jake before sleeping 🙂‍↕️ * however, i couldn't take my eyes off the screen throughout the entire film— It contains a sense of reality, coupled with 10/10 performances, and constant suspense that simply made me fall in love. thrillers aren't usually my thing. but fincher's style gave it a special touch and left me wondering why haven't i seen more of his films.> also, the basement scene is probably one of my favorite scenes ever. it's soooo... !!!!
