Gilda

This is truly amazing! I always say that lol but it really is! So where to start, maybe with cinematography, it's beautifully shot. Some films are never perfect, Gilda is in my opinion. Glenn Ford is an amazing co-star but this is Rita's film obviously. Rita Hayworth's most famous role, it's a bit upsetting she resented her most famous role but I suppose it was understandable due to the effect it had not only on her career but even in her personal life. But to focus on the great stuff is Rita is amazingly charismatic and charming. I must add this is also the sexiest film performance ever. Also plusses for the two song numbers "Put the Blame on Mame" and "Amado Mio", two wonderful songs.
