Gilda
Gilda, are you decent?
This film is literally one of the best films ever made and so magical. It felt starkly modern too. Like as if it was released in the 80s or 90s, I really could imagine this being released in that era. First the costumes stunning, my two fav obviously the strapless black one and the gold and white one. The cinematography was so beautiful and the lighting is always key in setting the feel of a noir. Glenn Ford, George Macready, Joseph Calleia and Steven Geray are good supporting touches. But lemme just yap about Rita Hayworth. She is so incredibly sensual and beautiful and she truly exudes sex appeal. She is awfully one of the most attractive actresses ever. And she is literally divine. She has "it". Whatever "it" is. But I wanna appreciate her performance. She acted so well, and was incredibly charismatic and charming. She's my film crush, I love her so much. She's so stunning, her hair and her dress and her lips and her eyes, they're so beautiful. Plus her dancing was so good too in Amado Mio and Put the Blame on Mame.
Rita Hayworth is probs my second fav femme fatale
