Brazil
A movie about how members of the elite love the aesthetics of revolution but because of their inability to see the lower class as people, they will never care for the people effected by it. There's a ton of other things explored, such as: the bastardization of religion, critiquing authoritarianism, critiquing survalence states, and the list goes on.
Something I found funny on a second watch was during the explosion in the restaurant you see the elite not react to the "terrorist attack". This further hints at the fact that the terrorists never existed to begin with and were used by the government to keep the populace scared. This actually mirrors real life funnily enough. During one of the Trump assassinations at some Republican gala, you see the politicians in one video not react and continue talking amongst themselves. They say life immitates art, I guess.
