Django Unchained
“How do you like the bounty hunting business?”
“Kill white folks and they pay you for it? What's not to like?”
2 hours and 45 minutes of an ultra stylistic, nifty, perfect original tale, this incredible modernized period piece is a timeless work of art. Like many of Tarantino’s films, it’s fun to watch with its distinctive and remarkable approach, and leaves you with the best feeling once it concludes. Everyone is on their A-Game here, where performances bounce back and forth on each other and provides such a plentiful, all-around quality of the film. Definitely my favorite of Tarantino’s. It’s so efficiently cool and high-toned, with endless rewatchability and just always a gift when presented with the potential to view this again. One of my favorite movies ever, it never gets old. I mean, how can it? It’s still fresh, even as of this day.
