Signs

‘Swing away, Merrill’ & ‘…what kind of person are you? Are you the kind that sees signs, sees miracles? Or do you believe that people just get lucky? Or, look at the question this way. Is it possible that there are no coincidences?’ - idk what it is about this film that’s so brilliant but it is to me. Besides the unrealistic dialogue at times, I love the message of the movie, it’s funny but also creepy and unsettling. The music for the film is perfect. Everything in this movie is there for a reason and you don’t realise it until the end. Mel Gibson and Joaquin Phoenix have great performances too
