Election

This is the first time in a loooooong while that I’m logging a movie not even five minutes after I finished it. But oh my god, oh my god, oh my gooooooooood. Election is easily one of the best movies I have ever seen. I was so invested, so drawn in, and basically every other scene I was reacting to. Oh my god. Just brilliant on all levels. The ending is a complete stunner that made me laugh.  I’ve never watched a movie that left me on such an ecstatic high after I finished it. Oh my god. This is literally the best film I’ve ever seen in like two or three years. I usually pause or take a short break during every movie I watch at home but aside from a couple of moments here that I replayed, my eyes were just glued to the screen. Oh my god. I kept checking how many minutes were left, because I just never wanted it to end. That ending is an all-timer. When the movie finally ended, I laughed a bit because I’ve never seen a movie that was this audacious and this wicked. I feel so blessed because I got to watch this. My goodness. I am literally going to cry omg, this was just too amazing for me 😭 a proper review can wait.
