Sinners

This movie is awesome. Good, creative filmmaking. Looks absolutely beautiful. Let’s shoot everything on film. A few particular scenes (especially one), and whenever the aspect ratio would change had me smiling like a fool in theater because I was enjoying it so much. Score and soundtrack are great too. Possibly could bump this up to 4.5 after further thought, we’ll see. Make sure you stay for the credits. There’s a very important post credit scene that people in my theater left before. Side note: what about our current moment is making the body double/twin thing so relevant? (This, severance, Mickey 17, the substance, that movie where De Niro plays two people, probably more I’m not thinking of)
