Elephant

My heart broke for Benny.  I remember watching the final sequences back in high school, man did they terrify me. The idea that something like this could happen at any moment was haunting. What makes the film even more powerful is how it immerses you in the perspective of an ordinary high school student, making the terror feel all too real. It’s even more unsettling knowing it was inspired by an event that took place in my state. RIP to all the Columbine victims.
