Evil Dead II

yet another fourth watch this month! 4K restoration at the iu cinema was absolutely STUNNING. i could almost smell the sweat coming off of ted raimi in that costume pre-show presenter paused after saying evil dead 2 is raimi's best film and then said "i was waiting for boos from the darkman fans" listen darkman rocks but his best movie?!?! not sure about that. also was half expecting bruce campbell to walk out after the credits bc he was in indianapolis like 2 days ago things i noticed this rewatch:- fly landing on bruce's (good) hand [i think soon after his hand starts to go wacky?]- necklace chain is in the shape of a skull when deadite ash reaches down to pick it up i just need to see army of darkness in theaters and then i'll have all three done. i can die happy then. movie fucking rocks. end review
