Corpse Bride
One of the best of the stop motion genre and at this point no one has ever been able to match Tim Burton's level.
The film's atmosphere and aesthetics are unique and certainly iconic for the director. Its soundtrack and stop-motion animation tied incredibly perfectly with the environments and the atmosphere of the short but masterful film.
The casting perfectly matched the characters in the movies and the voice acting was perfect for such a movie.
The only flaws of the film were the clichéd romance and the predictable plot development.Even the second time I saw it, it wasn't hard to notice that my girlfriend had already figured out the ending from the middle. It was quite predictable but in such a short duration the only way out is surely this.
Too short and incredibly enjoyable no matter how many times I watch it.It's worth it even with the above amount, probably now that Halloween is approaching…
Overall,”Corpse Bride” it may not be one of the director's most famous films but it is definitely one of my beloved ones, worthy of a rewatch and one of the best of the genre without any second thoughts.Amazing movie with a unique atmosphere and one of the best casting in such a movie. It's definitely worth someone seeing it and definitely seeing it again, especially now in the fall.
