season 1: finished it in january, thought it was the most incredible show I've ever watched and I was so invested in Danny and Amy. that ending was strangely hopeful and it really touched me season 2: finished it yesterday,, initially sad that it didn't pick up from season 1, but then i kept watching and the story had me hooked,, didn't like austin and ashley, but loved josh and lindsay. they make me sad :( also also finneas soundtrack was fucking phenomenal, any track that man touches turns gold, he's a genius,, that ending scene with josh and lindsay and then Vicious Thoughts start playing and the beat drops, i burst into tears, it was perfection season 2 maybe isn't as good as season 1, but that's only cause season 1 set the bar so high
