Sinners

In theater: lie-max.  Wowow. Better a second time. Coogler did something incredible here, it works for every single audience. Horror people, cinephiles, black people, suburban whites. Literally everyone in the world would love this movie, it’s fun, and compelling, and honest, and everything all together. It’s not a perfect film, but that’s part of what makes it incredible. It’s real, raw, and uninhibited for a mass market film. The best of the year, thus far.
