Mulholland Drive

I just introduced someone to David Lynch with this movie and he liked it. I’m glad I chose this movie instead of Blue Velvet. Yes I know that it might look silly rewatching/reviewing this + TPFWWM for the 3rd or 4th time this year. But this rewatch perhaps showed me that between the two movies, this one might be my favourite?? True, the Twin Peaks movie has much stronger emotional scenes and is great in its own right, but this one is more interesting to analyze and to solve in your head while also being pretty terrifying. I feel like every watch I notice something new that I didn’t realize before, which is always a great thing to have in a movie. Call me crazy, but this is one of the best movies of all time.
