BANG! Yeah I changed my mind. This is not a 4.5/5. this is a full 5. It is true enough to the book as I remember it for me to not have a problem with accuracy and everything else is just so wonderful. I am not so easily excited about such small examples of symbolism but the hand flex when you can see he is upset with how intoxicated Darcy is with his feelings for Elizabeth is actually awesome. However, my favorite part is that you get yet another hand shot later in the film after he has accepted his love for her and his hand is completely still. So amazing. The cinematography and scenery are absolutely amazing. The script is also so so good. I love the nature of the language and how natural the cast seemed in using it. If I start speaking like an 18th century Englishman for the foreseeable future, do not be surprised.
