Climax

Seeing this masterpiece again after two years on the big screen was an enlightening experience. In my mind, I loved this film for its existence, idea, and brilliant collection of inspirations it portrays. This was enough for Climax to be one of four of my favorite films. Now I'm a different person, with a lot more insight. I loved every little detail, even the redundant conversations, a lot more this time. The vulnerability, confusion, shame, fear, and instability of a bad acid trip were insanely put. This film raises the bar so high.
