Drive

I saw people hating on it but i actually think the long pauses and silent scenes are great because this movie has a heavy sentimental side. I don't think it would be as good without this aspect. I really liked that it wasn't all action but rather that we actually got to watch the main character soften and come out of his shell as he meets the love interest. We don't get to know much about him but we get a great sense of how he is feeling even with his silent nature. The violence was very graphic though which is definitely not for me, but that's kinda on me for liking to go into things blind.
