Is this actually the best movie of 2025? no probably not but to me this film will always be my favorite of the year. This is more than an action flick it’s a message. A message that things like hate, cynicism and negativity don’t have to be the norm. That hope love and kindness will always triumph. In such a terrible hopeless and depressing year we needed this film. We needed a symbol like Superman that represents all that is good and just so that we could have something to believe in again. In a world where the most profitable thing is to spread hatred I hope that this film will show people that kindness and love is always more powerful and uniting than anything as dividing as hate.
