WandaVision

Theres no denying the impressive approach Marvel and Disney take with Wandavision and at the very least the cast are enjoyable but sadly this just became yet another standard superhero product that entertains but lacks much substance or any real gut or originality. The first few episodes were certainly promising and I love the mystery that they were building but sadly the reveal of what's really going on and that final episode just make me like the first few episodes less retroactively. This show is at it's best when it isn't a Marvel property or trying to keep the continuity with the other films in the franchise but sadly it's too little. Theres so much misopportunities throughout and by the end it made me really disappointed. The cast are great with what they are given and of course the first few episodes I find highly enjoyable for its mystery and boldness but sadly by the end this was yet another formulaic superhero ride. Doesn't mean it's bad but damn do they have such a big opportunity to really explore and be very daring but instead what we got was a show that wants to be something different but sadly from its very conception will always be trapped by the properties that made it happen. Wandavision is a mindlessly enjoyable little show that could have been much more but sadly didn't. If you like the Marvel films this will definitely be a delight for you to see but personally for me this was very disappointing and predictable and throughout it I can start to feel a crack starting to form for the Marvel universe. How much longer will it go on? Who knows but I definitely know that Wandavision certainly didn't do anything for me.
