Django Unchained
This movie was absolutely beautiful. First things first, Christoph Waltz, take a bow. Dr. Schultz might be my favorite character in cinema right now, the acting and charisma he brings to the screen are one of a kind and I loved every moment of it. Plot wise and theme wise the film delivers, it is well executed, gruesome as expected but also captivating and it glues you to the screen. The characters are either incredibly likable or completely despicable. The acting is impeccable across the board, Samuel L. Jackson gives such a convincing performance I found myself hating his character, and DiCaprio delivers a phenomenal performance as well. Jamie Foxx plays his role perfectly, giving us a main character you can genuinely root for. In other words, this movie came very close to perfection.
