Chernobyl

i suppose the breakdown of nuclear reactor served as a metaphor for their collapsing political system. transparency could have reduced the number of casualties caused by the exposure to radiation. due to their dishonesty, several people suffered from the exposure, even to those that were miles away.  viewing this was like a psychological torture to me. their deception was their suicide, and it was goddamn horrifying, something you would not wish to happen.
