classic tale of the hero done right. i think this is also one of leonardo dicaprio’s finest acting moments. i literally watched gilbert grape right before this and it is crazy to see him go from a mentally disabled kid to this deplorable and entitled slaver man-boy and have given both an incredible performance. why the fuck is rick ross in this movie
