The Wrestler is one of those movies I’ve always wanted to see as a lifelong wrestling fan. And I’m glad I did. This movie gives a great insight to the life of professional wrestling, more specifically the life of an aging wrestler who can’t afford to hang up his boots. It provides a look into the life of Robin or more notably The Ram. Where Robin struggles in the real world and The Ram thrives in the pro wrestling world/ring. I recommend this movie to everyone, even if you don’t know much about pro wrestling or don’t like it. It’s a fantastic movie and deserves more praise. I might be a little biased here but I rate this 5/5.
