some of the most perfectly written characters ever they’re nuanced, emotional, broken, human the chemistry between leads is so good because their relationship isn’t just their on screen chemistry they’re able to develop the characters aswell as the relationship even when the characters aren’t interacting directly it’s shot so intimately with the extreme closeups then pulls away to a far wide shot it shows us enough awkwardness to show its present but not to where it’s distractingly abundant because that’s life life is confusing but we still deal with it and attempt to fight through it. not a word of dialogue feels like it’s talking to the audience and thus immerses us even more into the world and the characters i won’t give a 5 to a miniseries cuz i want them to only be my fav movies but outside of some minor gripes abt the time jumps and the overall pacing this is a masterpiece in near every way
