Death Note

Thoroughly enjoyed this! I honestly don’t see where all the hate comes from. I mean i guess i do, people expected a direct copy of the anime I guess? I don’t know But I liked how critical this was. I have faith that the crew for this didn’t read a summary of the anime and just poop out a movie, like cmon. This is completely different, and the fact that it’s in the USA adds a lot of interesting angles I was engaged for the entire thing, and that’s a big plus. It was very funky, very ironic, and really uniquely done. I liked a couple of reviews that are really well written and explain better than I am, so go check those out
