Poor Things
I’ve found myself returning to this film due to my weird obsession with it. Since I rewatched it last I have told all of my friends of how amazing it was and specifically how phenomenal the score was (100% snubbed). I figured I should probably rewatch it and still great. The acting performances are captivating the cinematography and editing are gorgeous. It’s just great. Another one of the reason I needed to return to this film is to a comment on of my “friends” made saying it was “too slow” and I completely disagree. Maybe because it’s one of the more energetic and accessible Yorgos Lanthimos films I’ve seen; but I feel that this entire film has great pacing. It never spends too much or too little time on anything.
