such an insane movie. it’s basically the animated version of what freud was saying about id, ego, and superego and for this movie, id is fully in control. this basically explored the collapse of ego and superego leading you to understand the unconscious mind in a much different (and extremely interesting) way. besides the psychological parts, the score, animation, and even the scene transitions were extremely satisfying to watch. paprika basically bled together and built on top of layers of consciousness until the line between both reality and dreams was practically gone.
