rewatched to do a film analysis for my abnormal psych class and while this is in my top 4, it definitely pushes the line of becoming too much to enjoy if that makes sense. i understand why those scenes were included but i think the duration and detail made it almost seem like this weird way to depict violence against women almost as … entertainment ?  anyways i now have to write a paper worth 100 points as to why i think mima was suffering for schizophreniform disorder and rumi from dissociative identity disorder so there’s that
