Hook

‘oh, there you are, peter.’ i go through phases where this is unabashedly my favorite movie of all time, and if you’re one of the viewers who are giving it one star or saying it’s spielberg’s worst film then you probably lack whimsy and charm and magic and pixie dust. i’ve never missed being a kid more than when i watch hook, and i can’t wait to watch it with my future children one day. it’s absolutely going to wreck me.  you know that place between sleep and awake? that place where you still remember dreaming? that's where i'll always love you, peter pan. that's where i'll be waiting.
