Before I Fall

if i’m being honest, this is my biggest comfort movie because no matter how many times i sit down to watch it, it still gets me emotional every single time. i love everything about it, and fuck man, it makes me tear up on every watch at least once. i remember watching this for the first time with my mom years ago, and then introducing it to all of my friends — no matter who you are, if you know me, this movie will be placed on the top of your watchlist per my request. there’s just so many good memories attached with this film, and the comfort i get from watching it is immeasurable. it’s a rollercoaster of emotions, and i never fail to get chills from the ending scene. it hits even harder watching this when it is ten times more relatable now. i see myself and my friends in the girl group so much, it’s uncanny. i do however hope that none of us end up experiencing the same fate as samantha kingston.. even though a time loop does seem cool depending on the day.
