"Become vengeance, David. Become wrath"
As I left the theater after seeing it on re-release, I felt very fortunate to have had the opportunity to see it in a theater for the first time.
I saw it without having any idea what it was about, and I'm grateful for that too.
As I edit this review almost a year later, I can say that I owe a lot to Se7en. I always knew I loved cinema, but with this film, everything changed. With this film, I fell in love with the way stories are constructed, the colors and framing, the camera movements, the acting. Everything I saw in Se7en made me realize that I want to dedicate my life to cinema. And I'm always going to remember Se7en as the movie who made me realize want I really wanted.
