I can say, I am never watching this again. This was a massive struggle to get through and the first half was a snooze fest and boring. The thing I will say is I’m sure for the time this was just wow incredible film but personally no it’s not great. I feel like the music is probably the best part of this film and the final fight was good but I didn’t feel that satisfied. Although I am happy that he would not stay down and kept getting back up which was a great part. I think the montage was epic of him doing his running and training that was pretty sick. I like the concept of the plot I just found it to be really boring. I feel a bit annoyed as it’s so hyped up, but for me I just found it incredibly overrated. It’s not the best thing I’ve ever seen but it’s near the worst I’d say it’s a bad film in my opinion. I think what saves it is some of the iconic moments, the music, and and the second half of the film as I think the second half like 50 ish minutes left starts getting alright. But it’s not good enough for me to think it’s alright so I’d say it’s a pretty bad movie, in my opinion. Overall really overrated sure for the time it was brilliant excellent, but for me just a bit shit.
