disgustingly grim and gross film. incredible craftsmanship displayed in its filmmaking (color and lighting.) it’s an incredible character study with perfect fusion of character-comedy and detective-pornography horror… with body horror, a murder sadistic freak, and biblical metaphors and references.
honestly shocked. the slow build up to the end as we sit in the car with the 3 and understand the last sin to be punished at the end…. wow.
i understand the david fincher hype a little bit more now….
